Problem Statement
A homegrown fashion brand was facing stagnation in M.O.M. net sales from their home channel in current FY (2024-2025) despite being the favourable season of the apparel industry.
Strategy/ Action
The business was in it's 3rd year with a well connected online ecosystem. The ad account was warmed up with 1 year of pixel data. A full funnel strategy was segregated in 3 stages of a customer journey with an objective of introducing and capturing new audience using meta social channel, bringing warm traffic to the website for purchase, and retarget the traffic who made entered the purchase funnel on the website.
Result
Highest monthly net sale of the FY with 81% attributed to ad campaigns in a 25 Days Ad campaign. 75% of the highest monthly sale in FY 2023-24. ROAS: 3.54 and net ROI of 1.9.
